Notre Dame is about a two hour drive from the Chicago area, western Michigan, and western Indiana.  Therefore, plan on a day trip from these areas.  For a list of hotels, please see the Hotels tab.  

MECC Registration, talks, meals, and the poster session will take place in Jordan Hall of Science, marked on the map below with a red star.

The talks will be in the Conference Room (101) and registration will be outside the room. 

Breakfast, lunch, and the poster sessions will be in the Galleria. 

Parking is allowed in Visitor lots, marked in yellow on the map below.  Payment is not required on weekends.
