Posters

Our poster session will be held in the Galleria of the Jordan Hall of Science.

Odd-numbered Posters – 3:00-4:00 PM

• Odd Poster numbers will present (and if needed be judged) in this session.

Even-numbered Posters – 4:00-5:00 PM

• Even Poster numbers will present (and if needed be judged) in this session.

Posterboard Dimensions:

The poster boards are 40” x 60” and will be in landscape format (40” high and 60” wide).  However, you may flip the board 90 degrees if you have a taller poster and want it portrait (60” high and 40” wide).  Your poster need not fill the entire space; commonly, posters are 36” x 48”. 

Everything you need to display your poster will be provided (easels with poster boards and 6 push pins).  There will be a box of extra push pins in case you need more than 6.
